Founded the first private fingerprint company in Canada in 1993. This company was then called "International Fingerprinting Services Canada (IFSC)" and quickly expanded to become the largest network of fingerprinting sites in Canada, offering fingerprinting services and criminal background (name) checks nationwide. Since 2004, IFSC went through several acquisitions by foreign "public" companies, and as such, has undergone several name changes.

John left the company in 2013 to re-establish himself as a truly Canadian entity again, offering the exemplary services to which his clients had become so accustomed.

For 15 years, managed the entire criminal record check program for International Fingerprinting Services Canada and the subsequent companies. Preston now manages the criminal record check program for C5ID bringing his over 16 years of experience to our company.
